The Process
Free Initial Consult Call
We begin with a complimentary consultation call where we take time to get to know you, your child, and your main concerns. During this call, we’ll walk you through our process and answer any questions you may have.
In-person OT Evaluation
Before starting individual sessions, we’ll begin with an initial OT evaluation. This helps us understand your child’s unique strengths, challenges, and needs so we can create a personalized treatment plan. Together, through a parent interview and collaborative goal-setting, we’ll design a plan tailored specifically to support your child’s growth and success.
Customized Plan
At Pear Tree Kids OT, we know every child and family is unique. That’s why our consultation plans are flexible and tailored to your needs. Your plan may include: Two phone/video calls per month, One call per month,One in-person visit per month plus one call
During these sessions, we’ll:
• Discuss your child’s progress and challenges
• Provide strategies and activities for home and school
• Answer your questions and offer guidance
• Share resources to support your child’s development
Your plan is completely customized so that you get the support you need in a way that works for your schedule and goals.
